    If you're talking about dieting or weight loss, you'll almost certainly come across the keto, diet. Most of us know someone who has tried it! That's because the keto diet has become one of the most common ways to lose weight and improve health around the world. What I've learned is that following this low-carb, high-fat diet will help you lose weight and help improve overall health. In general, the keto diet is low in carbohydrates, high in fat, and mild in protein. Carbohydrates are usually limited to 20 to 50 grams a day on a ketogenic diet. Fats should replace the bulk of your cut carbs and provide about 75% of your total calorie needs. Proteins can account for 10-30% of total energy requirements I'm not an expert just someone who is curious about the diet.
